Bleached cotton fibre from the Ashgabat medical wadding and cosmetic cotton factory — the cleaned, whitened wadding stock itself, sold as an input rather than as a finished pack.

The plant recovers purified fibrous waste from the spinning mills of the Ministry of Textile Industry — comber noil, card fly and other short fibre that cannot be spun into yarn — then cleans, bleaches and opens it. Most of that output goes on to become the factory’s own medical cotton wool, roll wadding, cosmetic pads and cotton buds. The fibre is also available on its own.

This is the one line here aimed at a manufacturer rather than a distributor: if you convert your own wadding, make your own pads, or need bleached short-staple fibre for wipes, filtration or nonwovens, this is the material.
