Quilted round cosmetic cotton pads under the Akpamyk brand, packed 100 pieces to a drawstring sleeve and graded ýokary hilli — highest grade. Made from 100% Turkmen cotton at the Ashgabat medical wadding and cosmetic cotton factory.

The plant is rated at 12.4 million pieces of cosmetic cotton products a year, a figure covering pads, cotton buds and make-up remover tampons together. If you are building a full cosmetic range rather than buying a single line, the tampons are worth asking about — they are produced on the same site but are not listed separately.

Pads are made from wadding produced in-house from purified spinning-mill waste, bleached and re-lapped. For a distributor the practical questions are sleeve count per carton, whether the sleeve print can carry your own brand, and how the pads behave with the removers sold in your market — we will put those to the producer rather than guess at them.
