Türkmenplen homopolymer polypropylene produced by Türkmennebit at the Türkmenbašy refinery to TŠ 05766698-20-2015, supplied in four grades. The grades differ chiefly in melt flow rate and in the properties that follow from it — D 30 S and D382 BF at 2.7–3.7 g/10 min for moulding and film, F 79 FB at 10–15 g/10 min where higher flow and stiffness are needed.

Grades
TPP D 30 S
Melt flow rate 2.7–3.7 g/10 min, flexural modulus min 1,300 N/mm², tensile strength at yield min 30 N/mm², Izod impact at 23 °C min 4.5 kJ/m², thermo-oxidative stability min 360 h. The general-purpose moulding grade and by a wide margin the highest-volume polymer grade produced — also the base resin for Türkmenhimiya’s moulded polypropylene buckets.
TPP D382 BF — BOPP film grade
Melt flow rate 2.7–3.7 g/10 min with mechanical properties matching D 30 S, but specified additionally on gel count — max 500 gels above 0.2 mm, 50 above 0.7 mm, 10 above 1.5 mm and none above 2.5 mm. That gel specification is what makes it a film grade: it governs optical clarity in biaxially oriented film.
TPP Z 30 G
A separately traded grade produced to the same standard. Its full datasheet is not published in the producer’s general specification table; specification available on request. Supplied and shipped in its own right, including to European buyers.
TPP F 79 FB
Melt flow rate 10–15 g/10 min — roughly four times the flow of the moulding grades. Flexural modulus min 1,450 N/mm², tensile at yield min 31 N/mm², Vicat softening min 150 °C and heat deflection min 130 °C, all higher than D 30 S; Izod impact min 2.5 kJ/m² and thermo-oxidative stability min 120 h, both lower. The high-flow, high-stiffness grade for thin-wall and fibre applications.
