Surface colours
- Red slate — the standard decorative finish for pitched and visible roofs
- Grey slate — a neutral finish that reads as a modern flat roof
- Green slate — used where the roof has to sit against landscaping
Properties
- Mineral surface shields the bitumen from UV, so the membrane can be left exposed

Applications
Exposed roofs, terraces and any application where the finished waterproofing is visible. Normally laid as the cap sheet over a plain membrane base layer.
Laying
Clean the substrate of dust, oil and chemicals and prime with TM MASTIKA bitumen mastic. Torch applied, with side overlaps of at least 10 cm and end overlaps of 15 cm.
Loading and delivery
EXW Ashgabat. Rolls are stacked upright on pallets and stretch-wrapped. State the surface colour with the enquiry. The producer exports to Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, the UAE, Europe and the USA.
