Crush one teaspoon of seed lightly, then infuse for eight to ten minutes in boiling water.
Supplied in retail cartons for pharmacy and grocery shelves, and in bulk cartons for repackers and private-label buyers. Export cartons are palletised and shrink-wrapped.
