The producer
Ashgabat Textile Complex, opened in February 2007 on Bitaraplyk Avenue and occupying 37.5 hectares, is the largest textile complex in Central Asia. It produces 5,190 tonnes of terry fabric, 55 million m² of cotton fabric and 19.825 million finished textile items a year, spinning, weaving, dyeing and sewing on one site. Machinery is from KARL MAYER, OSTHOFF, KÜSTERS and BRÜCKNER (Germany), SAVIO, SIMET and MARIO CROSTA (Italy) and TSUDAKOMA and JUKI (Japan). The complex is certified to ISO 9001 and 9002 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and OHSAS 18001 (occupational health and safety), and already supplies buyers in Russia, Belarus, the United States, Türkiye and Europe.
