The mills quote flannel in two grades. Light (tonkaya) runs 142 to 147 g/m² on a Nm 17/1 weft — softer, quicker-drying, used for shirting, baby and children’s wear and summer bed linen. Heavy (plotnaya, tyazhelaya) runs 167 to 168 g/m² on a coarser Nm 14/1 weft, which gives a denser nap and more warmth; it is the winter bed linen and workshirt weight. The 167 and 168 figures are the same cloth — sellers round the ±5% tolerance differently.
Loom-state flannel goes to dyeing and printing houses. The dyed builds are finished at the mill in plain shades and prints, ready to cut and sew — the heavy 168 g/m² dyed build is the one behind most of the flannel bed linen Turkmenistan exports.

Loaded in rolls at the producing mill. Contracts are normally concluded FCA the mill or FCA Ashgabat, with rail, road and Caspian routings all available.
